These days, anyone can become the boss<\/a> of a business. It doesn\u2019t take a lot of knowledge, know how or even money. All you really need is an idea, any idea, for a company. You\u2019ll be able to find a business loan online to set up the company, and then you can hire some workers. Congratulations, you\u2019re officially a boss. But are you a great one and, will your company be successful? Those are two very different questions and to answer them, we need to understand what makes a boss great. <\/p>\n
