In a digital age, we expect to access information whenever we need it and quickly. This is especially important for businesses who aim to provide the best possible services for customers, as any delay in communication runs the risk of them heading elsewhere.<\/p>\n

What is latency?<\/h3>\n

Latency is a delay in the data we want to receive getting from one place to another. It\u2019s known as a lag in time between requesting something online and it opening for you. The desired outcome is that the waiting time for your request will be minimal, as patience tends to run thin when we want our data now and not later!<\/p>\n
