I love the Retro Futurism<\/a> trend of design. If you don’t know what that is check the wiki link but basically it is a trend in the creative arts showing the influence of depictions of the future produced prior to about 1960. So basically its new stuff with an old look (rough generalization I know – but anything that looks similar I lump it in the same category haha – I think it still counts if it looks before the late 80’s haha). What I find so amazing about them is that they have the ability to spur memories and bring on Nostalgia even though these things never existed in that era – It is like Creating memories that never happened. But whatever you want to call It – I would call it Badass. I found some freaking awesome examples of this in Print Ads and Posters and what not – and you just have to see them. I hope they inspire you to do something AMAZING with your next design or Poster Printing project.<\/p>\n
