Examples of Elegant Black & White Logos

When you’re designing a logo, you need to spend a lot of time thinking about what sort of message you want it to send about the brand that it represents. Every brand has it’s own personality and style, and a well designed logo will reflect that – whether it’s a tone that’s quite playful and fun, or elegant and classy or even serious and professional. There are a huge number of different design styles that portray different personalities and tones – and one of my favourites is the use of just black and white. A purely black and white logo helps to add a level of minimalism and elegance to a design. There’s something quite understated and stylish about a design that doesn’t have to rely on brash, loud colours to grab your attention – and for that reason, there’s an element of sophistication with designs that opt for a more monochromatic affair.
